Certificate of Music Application Steps

1. Submit Application Starter Form

   • Please fill out and submit the starter form.

   • Jerusalem is the name of our first fall quarter.

2. See Confirmation Email

   • After submitting the application starter form, you will receive a confirmation email that will direct you to the online application.

   • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at admissions@nsa.edu.

3. Submit Application

   • The application is online and saves as you go.

   • If you have any trouble accessing your application, contact us at admissions@nsa.edu.
